Brixton flat with garden!!

Your rent would be £1,050 plus bills. It’s located in zone 2 in Brixton, about a 20 minute walk from a tube station and a train station, and a couple minutes from a bunch of major bus routes. The flat is the bottom floor of a Victorian townhouse, which has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen (with dishwasher!), one bathroom, a basement/cellar, and beautiful garden. It is completely furnished. The indoor living area is small, but the flat has a lovely private garden/courtyard which gets the sun, and we’ve got a fire pit, outdoor furniture, a feeble (but hopeful) herb garden, and a big barbecue which extends the living area especially in summer. The flat is also a 5 minute walk to the massive Brockwell Park which is amazing for coffee, runs, picnics, getting stabbed at night, and all the awesome day festivals that run throughout summer.
The existing flatmates are an Australian couple who've been in London for 2 years! Lara (26) works in post production and is an artist on the side, and Mal (29) is a software engineer and musician.
We're pretty social and usually spend weekends with friends, travelling, life drawing and going to gigs. Open to likeminded singles or couples!
