A bright double room is available in our friendly and well-kept house from 4th March.

The room is on the top floor, next to a bathroom, so it feels nice and private. It has two windows, loads of natural light, and space for a desk — ideal if you work from home some days.

Rent is £793 per month, with bills not included (they usually come to around £100–£150 depending on usage).

Location-wise, the house is a 1-minute walk from Tulse Hill station, with Thameslink trains straight to Blackfriars and Southern services to London Bridge. There are also buses that get you into Brixton in about 10 minutes.

You’re also right near beautiful Brockwell park and Herne Hill. There’s also a Tesco and Co-op 1 minute walk away with pubs, coffee shops and restaurants equally close.

We’re a clean and tidy household and enjoy hanging out together, but we’re equally respectful of each other’s space. It’s a relaxed, friendly home. The house has two bathrooms, so no morning queues. The house also has both a living room and separate dining room, a dishwasher, cellar for storage and a garden.
