Two double bedrooms available in Brixton home!

My friends are abandoning me, so looking for two people (ideally a pair of friends) to fill two bedrooms in the house.

Rent: £878
Total Bills: £160ish including council tax (Band E), gas, electric, water, internet etc (currently renewing tariffs and changing from 4 residents to 3)
Council tax: Band E so about £70 each a month

It's a super homely house with a large living/dining room, modest kitchen, downstairs toilet, large bathroom, and a small spare bedroom/study/gym(?). We are also blessed with actually having a garden and live within a few minutes walk of Brockwell Park.

I have lived here for a year; however, it has been within my friendship group for nearly four years. I am in the final year of my PhD (neuroscience/immunology) at King's College, so mostly based in Camberwell for work.

I am looking for social housemates who are generally clean and tidy. I try and keep active through hiking, five-a-side football, boxing, some running, and some cycling. I enjoy cooking, hosting dinner parties, and going to random restaurants. I can offer a well-equipped kitchen, a large book collection, local restaurant recommendations, and a mini home gym.
