**Location**: 10 minute walk to Brixton station, Victoria line -> 10 mins into Central London. + Bus stop right outside the building every couple minutes buses going down to the station if you don't want to walk.
Well connected, but located up Brixton Hill where it's nice and quiet. Walking distance to Clapham, Herne Hill, Balham.
10 minute walk to the lovely Brockwell Park.
Shared with one other flatmate, female, early 30s very sociable, who works in the office M-F. Very chill, friendly vibe in the flat.
Cost:
£950 rent + bills £150 per month.
