I’m renting out my spare bedroom in a spacious, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. You would have access to your own private bathroom.

The flat has been finished to a high standard throughout and is bright, modern and well laid out, with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Location-wise, it’s a short 10 minute bus ride to Brixton station, with buses running every couple of minutes. Oxford Circus is around 30 minutes door to door, so it’s ideal for commuting into central London.

The flat features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, plus a dining table. The living room is a great shared space with two cosy sofas, a large OLED TV and fast internet.

A bit about me. I’m a 32 year old guy and have lived here for four years. I’m very sociable and friendly, enjoy seeing friends during the week, working out, and playing and watching live sport. I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and easygoing, ideally someone I can also be friends with rather than just a housemate.

The room is available on a Monday to Friday basis only. That said, there can occasionally be some flexibility for the odd weekend, which I’m always happy to chat about.

Rent is £800 per month, bills included.
