Short Brixton Sublet in Large Homey Flat

Hi there! Our Brixton flat is the perfect place to live- 10 minute walk to the station (& bus stop outside), pubs close by, Sainsburys across the road, walking/bike access to Clapham, Peckham and 20 minutes tube to Oxford Circus. We're a group of working professionals (some days WFH) who enjoy cooking, watching TV together, Sunday markets, pints at Effra Social & quiet time when it's needed! I'll be travelling home to Sydney for 1 month and am looking for someone to take my room for some/all of this time (5/2/2026-10/2/2026) You'll be living with Alaina (25/F) and Matt (28/M) who both work full time (sometimes from home, mostly in office). We're all super friendly and love to have a beer together, but also value our own space and quiet time. We also like to keep the house tidy and split the workload between us. We have a great kitchen with plenty of pantry essentials and a large bathroom with excellent water pressure! The room comes fully furnished with bedding and cupboard space. About you: works out of the house (no WFH), no pets, considerate, clean and kind! Smokers ok (outside only). If you have a partner who may visit, please include that in your application.
