Hey girls! We have a double room available in our 3-bedroom flat in Brixton from April and are looking for someone to come and call it home!
 
I've lived here for 4 years and I'm so sad to leave this place behind! You will be sharing with my two Scottish friends, Aimee (works in Insurance) and Iona (works in Marketing), who are the best people to come home to and (bonus) they make a good cup of tea!
 
The Flat:
🏠Located in Brixton
◦7 min walk to Brixton station
◦5 min walk to Brockwell Park
🏠3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms
🏠The flat is unfurnished so we've spent a lot of time making it super cosy and homey
 
The Room:
• Double bedroom
• Built-in wardrobe
• Unfurnished
• Move in date: April 3rd (flexible)
• Rent: £909.99 + bills per month
• Council tax: approx. £70
 
Some non-negotiables for us:
✨Age: 26-33 years old
✨Working full-time (salary £40k+ for guarantors purposes)
✨Not a full time remote worker
✨Someone who is clean and respectful
✨We're looking for someone who has a full life in London, with friends and hobbies but also wants to come home, turn the lamps on (not the big light) and have a cup of tea and chill in a nice cosy environment

💚Like watching TV (our current obsessions are Industry and The Night Manager)
