We’re Toby, Gareth & Ed looking for two new flatmates to replace our mates going travelling. We’re all social and would love someone to mix in with us, but all have separate schedules so we’re not often all in at the same time.

We’ve been a mixed house for a while, and looking for a couple of new faces to fill the house back up again.

It’s a great place, split across 4 floors with two nice bathrooms, a toilet, great open kitchen & living space, a big spare room we use as an office and a small patio garden.

Important note is the availability: one room available from the 16th February, and one from a week later on the 23rd as there are some works going on in the transition to fix a small leak to the roof.

All bills included, including a weekly cleaner.

A couple of mates moving in are preferred but not essential, so shoot us a message if you’re interested and we’ll get back to you ASAP, we’re looking to hold viewings soon to get it all sorted :)
