l have a good size double room available for a responsible woman in a lovely house in Brixton, just off Brixton Hill. The room is available from the 1st of March for a minimum stay of one year.
We are looking for a female tenant over 35 years old who is vegetarian or pescatarian. Pets welcome.
You will share the house with two friendly and easy-going women who value peace and harmony. We are all clean and tidy and enjoy relaxing, sharing meals, and good conversation. It's a perfect place to unwind after work or on weekends when not out and about. It is not a party house tough.
The house is fully furnished and boasts a well-equipped kitchen-diner, a massive living room with dining area, a nice garden, a bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a toilet. The property is bright and airy thanks to recently installed new windows and doors. It is very comfortable and we are loving living here. 😊
Enjoy excellent transport links with easy access to the City. Brixton Hill offers multiple bus routes to the Thames River and South London (59, 159, 109, 133, 333, 250, 45, 118), while Kings Avenue provides connections to Central and South London (137, 417, 355). Several night bus options are available. Alternatively, you can walk to Brixton, Clapham Common, or Clapham North tube stations in 15-20 minutes.
Brixton's vibrant atmosphere offers a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and green areas within walking distance. On the other side we have Clapham Common with a great range of amenities and green open spaces.
I am renting my room in our two-story 3 bedroom house. It comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a hanging rail, multiple shelves and a rattan arm chair.
A cleaner visits the house for three hours every fortnight and the cost is shared equally among tenants (£15 per person).
Rent is £720 per month and the bills come to: electricity at the moment £40, water every 6 months depending on the usage, council tax £58 and internet £9 ). A deposit is required of £800.
We would require references from an employer and a contact details to current landlord.
