I’m heading off travelling and leaving my job, so I’m moving out and looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our Brixton flat.

Ideally would like someone to move in by end of Feb/Start of March!

The room & flatmate:

You’ll be sharing with just one flatmate, Maisie — she’s English, super lovely, easy-going and clean. She works shift hours, so there are days when you’ll have the flat all to yourself.

The room is a good size with a large shared living area, kitchen and bathroom.

Location:📍 Brixton

6 minutes to the tube stop (Victoria line)

Walking distance to several gyms, grocery stores and cool local spots

Amazing area with loads of cafés, food spots and great energy — and a really good deal for London!

Costs:💷 £950 rent per month

💡 Bills bring it to roughly £1,100 all-in per month
