Two double rooms available in a lovely flat in Brixton! Available 14th April but we have some flexibility for early April.

The rooms are the same price (£895.56 pcm + ~£100 bills) and size.

Both are proper doubles with big windows for great natural daylight. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, and bedside drawers.
There’s a shared open plan living room/kitchen that opens onto a patio that’s genuinely bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s such a good spot in summer for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.

📍 10 minutes walk to Brixton tube (Victoria line) and train station
📍 5 minutes walk to beautiful Brockwell Park
📍 5 minutes walk to big Sainsburys (as well as lots of other smaller shops)
📍 Just around the corner from Hootenany Brixton and loads of great venues

About me. I’m 29 and work in social media and content within hospitality, and I also freelance as a photographer and filmmaker in music/fashion. I’m a big hobbyist, usually training in Muay Thai, climbing or running, but currently recovering from an injury, which is forcing me to slow down a bit. I love gigs, nights out or just staying in playing guitar or watching a film.

Just looking for people who are sound, respectful of shared space and up for the occasional pint, night out or a coffee.
