The large convivial kitchen is a shared space. We like to keep the living room as a separate space for us as a couple.
We have lived in here in the same house for over 30 years, so it has a really warm homely vibe.
About us:
We are a friendly mature couple. Harriet is a full-time artist. Ken runs a small handyman business and has had a sideline as a vinyl DJ for decades.

About the local area:
We are very near to Brockwell Park. There is a great local pub, The Elm Tavern, on our street corner. Local convenience shops are a couple of minutes away, including a Post Office, a well-stocked grocery store and a hardware store.
TRANSPORT:
Zone 2. There is excellent public transport. Numerous bus routes, run continuously on Brixton Hill, which take 5 minutes right to centre of Brixton to the tube and train stations. Alternatively, it is a 15-minute walk into the centre of Brixton.
Herne Hill Thameslink Train station is a 12 minute walk across the park to Herne Hill.
