Cozy flat in Brixton Hill

We're looking for someone to take over the spare room in our lovely 3-bed flat 🏡🩷👯‍♀️

The spacious double room features is super bright, full of character and has great storage.

The flat has wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. We have a good sized kitchen and a separate lounge. The bathroom is modern, roomy and light.

We're located in Brixton Hill with a bus stop that goes straight to central just outside the door, which is the same bus that gets you to Brixton tube in 5-10 mins, or it's a 20-25 minute walk. We're about 15 minutes walk from Brockwell Park and within close distance to Streatham, Clapham, Balham etc.

Rent is £875, bills are separate and are about £127 a month. Deposit is £1200.

There are three rooms in the flat and you'll be living with Harrie and I. We both work from home a few days a week.

Our living sitc works perfectly, have our own stuff going on but see each other often and do house activities as often as possible. We try maintain a clean space with a nice vibe so are super keen to a new flatmate who also care about living somewhere nice, making it their home and being friends with their flatmates.
