Double room available in bright Brixton Hill flat

I am sadly looking to move on from my flat so need someone to takeover for the rest of the lease (until September). I haven’t got an exact move in date but it will probably be early to mid April. The flat itself has a lovely large living room, well equipped kitchen and a fire escape/balcony which gets a lot of sun in the summer. You will be living with three very lovely ladies, all young professionals who also have a creative side (lots of arts and crafts evenings!). Location is at the top of Brixton Hill so good transport links with lots of buses, the Victoria line in Brixton as well as Streatham station which is only a 15 min walk away.
