3 bed townhouse w/ balcony + garden

Hi all,

Paige is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re pretty flexible on move in dates between now and end of April

The balcony is worth it on its own. South facing so sun hits it all day - unreal spot in London with our garden below it!

There’s 4 of us in a 3 bed (the other 2 in the picture) but the house is massive so doesn’t feel crowded

50:50 split at the moment but no preference on gender

The bedroom is decent size but couldn’t comfortably fit a desk - not the most ideal for hybrid work but sure we can work something out if needed

A bit about us:

Me: 27, work in tech sales for a fintech, in the office 5 days/week and spend the rest of my time running or pushing a sled. Will occasionally split a G

Tasha: 31, private nurse, works out the house 5 days also. Dead chill, into gym & Pilates and catching up with her girls or dinner with Josh on weekends

Josh: 32, works in finance and is hybrid. Also enjoys gym, running - gets down to the Clapham park run most Saturdays and splits time between dinner with Tash or seeing his friends

Weekdays we all chill in living room, eat dinner together and then weekends get up to our own stuff so a good balance between being social and having our own space

We’re all super tidy so this would be expected from you

Viewings ideally this Monday & Tuesday as we’re a bit scattered across the rest of the week
