We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over our friends large room in our Brixton home!

Rent: £1450 (including all bills + weekly cleaner)
Furniture: included ( Bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, mirror and black shelves)

Bit about our house:
- Large living room with tv, large Kitchen/dining area and large garden with bbq
- Loads of buses on end of street going straight into central London
- 10 minute walk from Clapham Common and Brockwell park
- 10 minute walk to Brixton tube station (Victoria line) or Herne Hill (Thameslink)
- Really quiet and safe street with plenty of pubs and coffee shops around

You’ll be living with 4 other professional housemates (2 boys and 2 girls, 26-29), we’re all friends who socialise but also respect each others space.
