Bills are shared among 3 people / 2 bathrooms.
Usually around £50 per person per month in summer.

The room shares a bathroom (with bathtub) with the other second bedroom.

Current Flatmates
• One male professional in the master bedroom (own bathroom, stable job, busy & friendly, non-smoker)
• One female professional mostly WFH in the other room (you’ll be sharing bathroom with)

Both are friendly, respectful and easygoing. Interests include cycling, theatre, exhibitions and exploring the city.

The living room is very large and can host up to about 10 people comfortably. Friends visiting or small gatherings are totally fine with prior notice (just keep noise reasonable and clean up afterwards).
