Brixton Room for Spring/Summer Sublet

Hi all, I’m subletting our double room as we’re in the process of purchasing our first home! The room is spacious and has been comfortable enough for the two of us. There isn’t a living room unfortunately, but the room comes with a sofa and a TV. There’s only one other tenant in the house and we’ve enjoyed staying here so far.

As mentioned, the room would only be available until end of June at the most. Thanks!
