The room is a large double with plenty of built in storage and natural light in the evenings as the sun sets.

Two bathrooms in the property. Kitchen is a good size with plenty of pots and pans, and plenty of home cooking and shared meals. Large lounge and dining area for sharing evenings or hosting friends.

We are seeking someone to replace our housemate. Previously it was myself, Kit and his older brother, both of whom are my best mates younger brothers. So we want to maintain that family vibe. It suits the house as the owners are holmely Italian family who have had the house for decades.

This means keeping the house in good condition, enjoying all that the location has to offer, being considerate and sociable.
