I (on the right) am moving out of my flat mid June and am looking for someone fun to take over my rent and move in with my lovely flatmate Abi. Ideally a professional, someone outgoing and clean 🙂
The flat is second floor of a home on a lovely street. It is a 2 bedroom flat, with a room that looks out to a nice garden. We are about 15 mins walk to Brixton station, close to Brockwell park, and have a bus stop right outside our road. It’s a spacious room with lots of space and storage* (furnished). Landlord is pretty chill too so good plus.
Bills: can be sorted when you meet Abi
Rent: £925 pcm fixed for 12 months
* Please note the bedside table is mine and I will be taking it with me. Alongside the art.
