You will have a beautiful, 1 bedroom flat space to yourself - as I will be away for the duration of your stay.

(The second room of the flat will be locked.)

This bright, airy flat has an open-plan kitchen/lounge and bathroom and is fully furnished, with plenty of storage - and filled with plants and pictures.

There's a big shared garden that's lovely to look out over from the bedroom, and spend time in as the weather gets better.

Bills all included: energy (gas & electricity), internet, water, council tax. (If your usage and the bills come to under my £400 monthly estimate, I will pay back the difference.)
