The room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light and a full wall of fitted wardrobes, so loads of storage space. The flat itself has tons of character (high ceilings, original wooden floors, and a beautiful old fireplace), making it feel a bit more special than your average rental.

There’s a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom. We also have access to a really nice shared garden / green courtyard space which is pretty rare for this area and perfect for relaxing when the sun’s out 🌞

📍 Location:
Short walk from Brixton station (Victoria line), and Herne Hill, so super easy to get into central. The area’s full of great food spots, markets, pubs, and gigs loads going on, but the flat itself is tucked away and peaceful.

👋 Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be sharing with one male and one female flatmate (26/27), both working in music. We’re creative, chilled, and friendly enjoy going out to the pub, heading to the park, or catching gigs, but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

Looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and up for a friendly home rather than just a place to stay.
