Our flat mate is sadly leaving us so we have a lovely double room available from the 7th of April. Rent is 900PM and bills are typically under 80PM

House is really well located 15min walk to Brixton tube station, 15 min walk to Herne Hill station, and night bus running right outside the house. 5 minute walk to Brockwell park and 10 minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s, so there is everything you need in a walking distance!

Looking for another young professional who is fun and out going but also clean and respectful. We are a friendly social house that like hanging out over a couple drinks while also doing our own stuff and respecting each others space.
