I’m offering a bright, spacious double room in a modern, well-kept apartment in SW2, just a short walk from Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill. The flat is clean, calm, and thoughtfully styled — ideal for someone who wants more than just a room, but a genuinely nice place to live.

The space has been recently refreshed with new carpets and a clean, minimal feel throughout. The room itself is a great size, with plenty of natural light and space to relax or work from home comfortably.

I have an Audi Q2 that I can insure you for an extra £100 a month. I don’t use the car much, you will need to hold a UK license.
