Lovely Double in Brixton Hill 🫶🏻

Our lovely current flatmate is moving out, so we are looking for a new flatmate to join our flatshare at the top of Brixton Hill.


Your room 🛏️
The room up for grabs is a spacious double with a large chest of drawers and a cupboard with storage on top. There’s space under the bed for extra storage, too. Plus a lovely little (non working) fireplace to sprinkle some character ✨

The abode 🏡
The rest of the flat is charming and spacious. We have a large kitchen with a full dining room table, and a dishwasher. We have a diddy balcony that catches the sun throughout the day 🌞

We have a lovely modern bathroom with great water pressure. It has a nice bathtub and a rain shower and plenty of storage for all your skin and hair care products too!


Living room 🛋️
Finally, we have a spacious lounge where we watch tv together and room for a desk if you WFH, although we are looking for someone who does this on an adhoc basis rather than full time. We are hoping to get a sofa bed in there too!


The area 🌇
The flat itself is in a convenient location at the top of Brixton Hill. You can walk to Brixton tube station in ~20 or grab one of several buses that will get you here in half the time. You also have easy access to Clapham South either on foot or by bus; same for Clapham Common and Clapham North. We also have three small grocery shops within walking distance, as well as several gyms, a few coffee shops and, of course, Brockwell Park, Clapham Common, and all the high streets in between. We have a great and attentive landlord, too.


You 🫶🏻
We are looking for a housemate who will stick around for a while. Someone who wants to socialise with us and make this their home but has their own lives too! We really value considerate people who also like to be a bit silly 👾

Us 👯‍♀️
Both Connie and I work full time, but we do spend time together in the evenings/weekends, whether we’re watching tv (MAFS currently) or having a mooch around the area and trying our best at pub quizzes. We are both nurses that work during the week, our shift days are thankfully behind us.


The boring but important bit 💰
The rent is £925, which includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

We would love to meet you in person to show you around and answer any questions. And we hope to fill the room for a late May, early June move-in, although we can be a bit flexible on that for the right person.
