Great size double room in a spacious house. Includes bed, wardrobe.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful, polite, and considerate towards others.

We are all professionals from different countries ( England, Portugal, Latvia, Slovenia) and have various interests and hobbies.

We all have different routines so the house never feels crowded. Occasionally we come together to chat and eat, or watch movies.

The house has two floors with a toilet and a large kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor.

We also have a very large garden with a space to grow fruits and vegetables and soak up some sun.

If you are a smoker, you’re welcome to smoke in the garden, but not in the house.

The house is right on the main street with busses (2,432,415) running every few minutes, you can be in central Brixton within 10 minutes. Closest rail stations are Herne Hill and Tulse Hill about 10- 15 min walking distance from the house.

We have the beautiful Brockwell Park only a few minutes walk from the house . It has tennis and basketball courts and Lido with gym just there.
