Double bedroom between Clapham and Brixton

Hi there,

I'm looking for a roommate to take over from my flatmate that's moving out in the summer. The flat is light and spacious and is well located near Clapham North and Brixton Station.

The room comes partly furnished with a wardrobe but no bed/mattress.

There's a spacious kitchen with a balcony, a large lounge, a modern bathroom and a spare toilet.

The flat is on a quiet street and is super close to Lidl, sainsburys and other shops. Great coffee shop and pubs nearby too!

A bit about me, I'm a South African and have been living in London for a few years. I'm a working professional and am sociable, I enjoy cycling and running and also enjoy cooking.

Looking for someone who's respectful of the shared space, is friendly and isn't going to treat the space like a party house.
