Room for rent in Brixton

A spacious double room available in Brixton. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Living with 3 other housemates. We are ideally looking for a long-term let but will also consider short-term. Bills are an additional £135 p/m on top of the room rent, including council tax (Band E).

We are a social house and enjoy spending time together (cooking / eating / pub / watching a film / games / going to events together). There is a good sized back garden and have BBQs in the summer and get the fire pit out in the winter. However, we also all have our own things going on and busy work schedules so appreciate everyone's need for space. We all get on really well with each other so finding another person who's responsible but easy going would be great!

All three current housemates work in different sectors; Creative Industry and healthcare, with a mix of working from home and going on site. We have plenty of space to facilitate us all working from home and have never felt on top of each other.

The house is in a great location with Brixton, Clapham North / High St / Common tube stations all just a 10 minute walk away. We're nestled in the midst of a whole host of Caribbean and West Indian restaurants and takeaways, as well as a few cosy cafe's for coffee lovers.
There's a Lidl just round the corner and a Tescos further down the road.
