Quiet room in lovely big house

We have one double bedroom available in our lovely Victorian house located near Brockwell park. The room is available from 10th June and comes part furnished with Bed stand, large wardrobe and bedside chest of drawers. Bills are included but may increase slightly as we reorganise everything.

There are 3 professional females living in the house and one friendly cat, Roland. We work across the NHS, charity sector and photography and are friendly and chill household. We enjoy chatting and catching up but also all have our own lives too. The house is quiet and homely, so is more of a chill space than a party house. We prefer to have someone who is clean and contributes to household tasks/upkeep of the house. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week included in our monthly bills.

There is a lovely big shared living space and large kitchen and dining area. There is a small garden with a lovely rose bush and second outdoor toilet. One shared bathroom with bath and separate toilet upstairs. Street parking is available for £25 a month. The landlord is fair and very responsive.
