Lovely double room in a 3 bed garden flat

Hey everyone, our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to rent out a great room in Brixton Hill.

The room itself is a decent size, with a double bed, it can fit a desk and has built in storage space.

You’d be living with 2 professional females (1 charity sector and 1 civil servant). We both love going to exhibitions, the theatre, being active and cooking. We have been in the flat for nearly 5 years and love it!

As you can see from the pictures, we have an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, and a good sized garden (great for bbqs in the summer!).

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park, and a 15 minute walk from Brixton and Herne Hill stations.

Council tax band is C.
