- Around a 15 min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line).
- The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, and has a huge window with plenty of natural light
- Spacious kitchen and dining area with TV, bathroom and separate WC
- Kitchen is fully stocked with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.

Rent is £945/month, inclusive of all bills.

About the flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with one flatmate — a 29-year-old (F) design researcher at University of the Arts London working on social, climate justice and community projects. She works hybrid (home/on-site), enjoys cooking, values both independent time and socialising with friends, and likes keeping the home comfortable and welcoming.

About you:
We’re looking for a student or professional who is friendly and considerate — someone who respects shared spaces, contributes equally to keeping the flat clean and tidy, and would occasionally enjoy sharing family-style meals together.
