Spacious bedroom in shared house

Large victorian semi detached house, with a spacious communal kitchen and secluded garden located in a quiet leafy street off Brixton Hill.

The room is large, with space for your own living area on the ground floor, part furnished (wardrobes and sofas, but no bed) with direct access to the garden and lots of storage. The bathroom is shared with one of the flatmates.

We are a relaxed group of professionals, working across fashion, art, music and horticulture. We're busy people with lots of interests and social lives, but we're always up for a chat in the kitchen when we're making dinner with the house cat Rudi nearby.

We're looking for a tidy person who is up for hanging out every now and then, as the weather is getting hotter, we'll be looking at getting the bbq out!

Bills are not included and fluctuate between £140-200 depending on gas & electricity usage.
