Two rooms available in Brixton Hill

Two great rooms in friendly house share! Two professionals looking for new housemates to join us in our lovely home in Brixton Hill as two of our current housemates are moving on.

Dynamic:
We’ve lived together for a year now and are hoping to find people who will fit in to the personality of the house. Looking for people who would like to be friends and join in with house meals, pub quizzes at the local, movie nights, but also already have friends established in London. Additionally it’s an absolute must that you’re a clean, respectful person and will pull your own weight with house chores.

The Space:
There’s lots of communal space with a dining room, living room, kitchen and garden. Separate shower and toilet which is shared between three housemates and the fourth housemate has an en suite. Landlord is good and is responsive to maintenance issues.

Smaller room is £875, and move in is 4th July. The room comes with chest of drawers, bedside table, bed, wardrobe cupboard directly beside the room and a balcony. Also comes with a bed frame, the current tenant just preferred not to use it.

Larger room is £1000, and move in is 20th July. Comes with bed, shelves, 2x chest of drawers, bedside table. No wardrobe but there’s a clothing rail.

Bills are around £110 in the summer and £135 in the Winter. Deposit is £1182 for each room.
