The flat is on the 3rd floor, which overlooks Brixton Hill. It has all been finished to a very high standard, so looks fantastic.

The kitchen is modern, complete with dishwasher and tumble dryer. The bathroom has also been completely renovated, with a large shower and toilet a few years ago but its still kept in a very good condition. There is also a separate shower room with additional shower and sink. For your peace of mind and safety, there is also a high-tech smoke detection system installed throughout.

The flat is seconds away from a bus stop on Brixton Hill, and takes only about 5 minutes to reach Brixton tube. There are also many bus routes straight into Central London.
Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Sainsbury’s located just a few doors down from the flat.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything on top.

The bedroom comes complete with all the furniture shown in the pictures, except we do not provide the bedding such as, pillows, fitted sheet & duvet.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London. You would share the flat with 3 other tenants.

You only need to pay one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in you pay a further 3 week’s rent (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £235 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £705 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £1,018.33 which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. Your deposit will be held in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to their website: depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
