Spacious double room with en-suite in Brixton

I’m looking for someone to take my spacious top floor double room with en suite in Brixton

The room is large, airy and gets plenty of sunlight. There’s loads of built in storage which is super handy.

You’d be living in a lovely social 4 bed terraced house with Olaf (pilates instructor), Kieran (investigator) and Rachel (hospitality). The housemates are tidy, friendly and easy-going and love an evening in (the large living room gets plenty of use!)

The house is a 10 min walk from Brixton station, a 15 min walk from Herne Hill train station and a 3 min walk from Brockwell Park (it’s literally around the corner)

It’s a great area - we have a big Sainsbury’s 2 mins away, plenty of local pubs/restaurants/cafes but the street is tucked away from the main road, meaning it’s quiet at night.

Move in date is currently pretty flexible, but looking at dates around the end of July.
