A really lovely large double room with loads of built-in storage, original wooden floors and two big windows that let in plenty of light. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer as the room is north facing. I've loved living here and gutted to be giving it up but i'm off travelling!
House also has an amazing south facing roof terrace which gets the sun all day. (cat does not belong to house!)
Available 25th June at £590/month (bills not included). One month deposit required.
Total cost of all bills is approx £130 per month including council tax.
There are 3 other lovely people in the household - all working professionals. We're a friendly bunch but everyone tends to do their own thing. It's a relaxed, respectful house.
It has one bathroom with a bath and shower and a kitchen with a dining table - oven, microwave and 2 fridges / freezers.
Has fast fibre-optic broadband.
No lounge.
About the area:
Just a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can get on any bus to Brixton underground station (Victoria line, Zone 2) in about 8 mins, or a 6 min bus to Streatham railway station.
Landlord would ideally like a tenant 1 year+
