Short term sublet in Brixton

Hi! We are looking for someone to move into a room in our 3-bed flat in Brixton.

We are young professionals in our mid-20s; social but also respectful of people's space. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy to move in from August to at least until the end of September.

The room itself is small, but it has everything you need (double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk). The flat is located on the third floor of the building and is quiet and safe. We have a shared living room, a separate kitchen, and a balcony, which gets a lot of sun in the summer! Every room in the flat has big windows and gets lots of light.
