Room is available from 10th July onwards, but can be flexible on the moving in date.
Nearest stations are Brixton (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill overground.
Rent is £1,133. Must be earning 2x the rent net or provide a UK gurantor.
There are 6 people in the house (5 bedrooms, 1 couple) all in their 20’s. The vibe is relatively chill and fairly social. The boys sometimes have BBQ’s in the summer but equally you can do your own thing.
