Double Room for rent in Brixton Hill

Hi! I'm a 25-year-old professional (turning 26 soon) looking for a new flatmate to move in from 1st September, as my current flatmate is leaving London at the end of August.

I work in the office 5 days a week, so I'm out of the flat for most of the day during the week. I'm pretty easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I'm looking for someone with a similar laid-back attitude.

The flat is in a great location, around a 15-minute walk to Brixton, a 5–10 minute bus ride into Brixton, and about a 10-minute walk to Streatham Hill station, making it easy to get around London.

Rent and bills come to approximately £1,100 per month in total.

You'll be taking over the room currently occupied by the guy who's asleep in the photo. Don't worry, he's moving out. The room is very spacious, well-lit, and fully furnished.
