Large double room available in spacious house

We are three girls looking for a new housemate as our fourth is sadly moving abroad.

The available room is a spacious double furnished with a super king bed, two double wardrobes, chest of drawers and an armchair. There is also plenty of space for a WFH set up.

The house itself is a large Victorian end of terrace with two bathrooms, a large open plan living room and dining room space and big kitchen. There is also a very sunny garden, including a bbq - which we’ve been making the most of recently! We are on a quiet residential road about 5-10 minutes from Brixton station and 10 minutes from Brockwell Park (and the lido!). Also within easy walking distance to Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury’s.

Jess loves arts and crafts, Lizzie is your go-to movie buff, and Lauren is a big foodie and a seasoned napper. We're all in our mid-to-late 20s and have our own busy lives, but we're a sociable house that enjoys spending time together when we can. Whether it's a trip to the pub, a run around Brockwell Park, or a relaxed evening at home, we're looking for someone easy-going and tidy to come and enjoy the house as much as we do.
