Lovely light room in artists Brixton house.

Hello.
PLEASE NOTED THE RENT QUOTED IS FOR A 4 NIGHT A WEEK STAY, ON A MONDAY TO FRIDAY BASIS.
Renting the spare room in my house, I’m the owner and solo other occupant.
I’m a photographer and embroidered so often work from home.
I’m looking for someone who is out for the working day and away at weekends, since I often work from home so appreciate the space and time to myself.
The bedroom for rent is freshly decorated and lovely and light.
It does have a small double sofa bed rather than a double bed but I will buy a new good quality mattress topper for it.
There is a shared bathroom.
Most people who come to the house comment how lovely it is.
Small back garden, very leafy, and I’m growing veg. There are chairs and a hammock :)
There is a living room, however it’s also my workroom/ office. I’m happy for hellos and cups of tea/ glass of wine together but not extended use. There is also a dining room next to the kitchen though where you’re welcome to eat/ hang out.
It’s ten mins walk to either Brixton or Herne Hill and very close to Brockwell Park and the lido.
Bus stop end of road.
Must be a professional person, tidy/ quiet at home, clean. And love cats as there are 3.
Bills included, WiFi, washing machine, central heating.
Cleaner weekly.
I can adjust the price down slightly for shorter stays during the week.
Full week lets considered for the right person also.
Please note the rental price is for a 4 night per week stay.
