I’m looking for someone to take over the my room in a lovely 3-bed flat 👯‍♀️❤️

The spacious double room features is super bright, full of character and has great storage.
The flat has wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. We have a good sized kitchen and a separate lounge. The bathroom is modern, roomy and light.

We're located in Brixton Hill with a bus stop that goes straight to central just outside the door, which is the same bus that gets you to Brixton tube in 5-10 mins, or it's a 20-25 minute walk. We're about 15 minutes walk from Brockwell Park and within close distance to Streatham, Clapham, Balham etc.

The room is available from August 16th. Rent is £875, bills are separate and are approx £127 a month. Deposit is £1000.

There are three rooms in the flat and you'll be living with Harrie and Sophie.

The living situ works perfectly, everyone has have their own stuff going on but see each other often and do house activities as often as possible. We try maintain a clean space with a nice vibe so are super keen to a new flatmate who also care about living somewhere nice, making it their home and being friends with their flatmates.
