Large double room in Brixton

Hey Lovlies! We are looking for someone in their mid to late 20’s to fill a large double room in a 3-bed flat in Brixton from the 10th of September. A second room may also become available around the same time, as our other flatmate might be moving out of London.

You’d be living with Simone, who I’ve shared a flat with for over two years who I can’t rave more about. The flat is on Brixton Hill, an 8-minute walk from Brockwell Park, with a bus stop right outside — great if you’re commuting to work.

The room is £940 excluding bills, which come to roughly £135 all together. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress but I’m happy to sell you anything that’s already in the room for a good price ✨✨
