Room to Rent local to Clapham Common

Hello!

I'm Mark and I am moving out of my room in our 4 bedroom house as I'm leaving to work on a cruise ship (and sad to be leaving this house).

Four of us currently live here: Myself, my good friend Ed who I've lived with for six years now, and two legendary Kiwis Jaques and Duncan.
We are all in full time work including accounting, carework, acting and barista(ing).

Oldest of us is 28 and youngest 24, and have all lived in London for different periods of time. We're super chill and love to meet and get to know people. We have are favourite bars and spots in London we'd love to take you to and chill over a proper drink!!

The House is nice and big with a huge kitchen and lounge downstairs as well as a bathroom as you come in.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, oven and nice big hob space, as well as all our appliences (kettle, toaster, nutribullet etc) and so many cupboards that between the four of us we still have unused space.

The Lounge is super cosy with two big sofas, 40 inch TV and a dining table for whenever someone wants to host or cook a big meal. We are lovers of music so also have a guitar and keyboard in there for any jam sessions.
The lounge also has doors that open out to are garden which has been a saviour in these heatwaves, especially now we have a pool that we look after to wash your troubles away.

Upstairs are where the four rooms are based, with a bathroom as well which has both a shower and bath tub, depending on your vibe.

The room available is a great, cosy space with a double bed, and enough room and storage both in the built in cupboard and under bed draws to hold whatever you need. This is how I have set it up (in the pictures) but whatever you feel is for sure possible- the bed can be moved around no problem etc.

There are also multiple large cupboard spaces thought the house where we keep all sorts from our hoover to suitcases and extra bedding.

If you want to move in slightly early or slightly later from the date shown just let us know as there is movability for this as well
