The flat is currently being advertised because the three girls living here are all moving to different countries or areas in London. It’s a quiet, cosy flat perfect for people wanting good transport links (access to Victoria and Northern line by 5/10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk).
It’s also a quiet area with a Sainsbury’s and Tesco close by.
I have lived in this flat for the past 2 years and a half - it’s been wonderful and the price is amazing for London (all bills included as well as a cleaner that comes once a month)✨

Room 1 (available by 27th of August):
Tucked away at the end of the flat, this was my safe space for the past 2 years and a half! ✨ The wardrobe is massive and you also get the chest of drawers, the bookcase and bedside table included! The bed is really comfortable and you get the beautiful afternoon light coming through each evening, as well as a beautiful view.
The desk and chair were newly bought when I moved in and I am happy to leave them in the room for £60 ☺️

Spacious double room with lovely morning light. All the decoration will be removed, the big silver mirror won’t stay, neither will the desk and chair. The rest stays and the grey drawers by the bed can stay for £30.

Room 3 (available by 22nd of August):
The smallest room in the flat, but available from 22 August. The room is fully furnished and costs £620 per month, plus £100 fixed monthly bills (including utilities). The current tenant is also looking to sell the desk and chair, both bought new just one year ago and barely used, for £100 in total (original price around £200).
