Double Room available in Brixton/Clapham Flat

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into a furnished double room in my two-bedroom flat in SW2.

The flat is well connected, just off Acre Lane and around a 10–15 minute walk from both Brixton and Clapham North stations. There are plenty of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, with both Brixton and Clapham High Street within walking distance.

The Room
- Furnished double bedroom
- Comfortable double bed with under-bed storage

The Flat
- Two-bedroom flat with an additional study (used as my home office on WFH days)
- Shared bathroom
- Spacious fully equipped kitchen
- Living/Dining room with dining table, sofa and TV - great place to relax and unwind after work or have people over.

- Bills are approx £185 per month

About Me
I'm a 31 year old professional, spending most of the week in the office with the occasional wfh day. Outside work I'm into travelling, festivals, going to the pub, keeping active (or trying to!) and unwinding with a bit of PS5 or netflix on the couch.

I'm friendly and easy-going but fairly independent. Always up for a chat or the occasional drink, but we both have our own friends and things going on. The flat isn't a party house, but friends come over from time to time.
