2 rooms in lovely Brixton house

Myself and my housemate Alice are going travelling in SEA for 6 months in October.
We are looking for 2 people (friends or separate) to take over our tenancies from October 2026.
We would love to sublet until mid-May 2027 with official name change - (we would cover the admin fees) if able to but if not able then for full takeover of tenancy.
You’d be living with two wonderful girls (Emilia and Emily) who are the best - hence why we’d like to come back.

About the house:
The house is 4 bed, 1 bath with kitchen/diner, separate living room and lovely garden.
Looking for people who want to be friends with their housemates, is clean and tidy and always up for a giggle.

About us:
We often spend evenings together, eating and chatting whilst watching some TV or hanging out in Brockwell Park in the summer. But also if anyone ever wants to veg in their rooms that’s cool too.
We love to eat good food, trips to pub, picnics, running/sport, gigs, board game nights and just hanging out together.

Travel:
Parking permits available for on-street parking (always spaces)
10 min walk to Brixton Station - Victoria line + Southeastern trains
15 min walk to Clapham North and Clapham High Street - northern line + overground
Loads of buses to all parts of the city

Local amenities:
Brockwell park + lido - 10 mins walk
Clapham Common - 15 mins walk
Big Tesco/Lidl - 5 mins walk
Loads of local bars/pubs/restaurants
