We're looking for a new housemate to join our home in Brixton Hill. We occupy the top two floors of a beautiful four-storey period property on Hayter Road, perfectly positioned on a quiet residential street just a short walk from Brixton Station.

The flat is bright, spacious, and full of natural light thanks to the large windows throughout. We have an open-plan kitchen and living area with a big TV and darts board making it a great place to hang out and chill.

5-minute walk to Sainsbury's Local

The Room

The available room is a large double bedroom on the second floor. It has lovely large windows that fill the room with natural light, lots of space and room for a desk making it great for WFH.

The flat has two bathrooms, with the available room sharing a bathroom with one other housemate.

Your Future Flatmates

Louis (24)

Louis works in assurance. He's easy-going, and always up for a chat or a trip to the pub. Outside of work, you'll usually find him reading, cooking, out for a run (or convincing himself to!), or laughing at a ridiculous documentary.

Jamie (29)

Jamie is a sound designer working in the video games industry. When he's not working, you'll likely find him, producing music, clubbing or climbing, he's been trying his hand at photography too. He's sociable, easy-going, and enjoys spending time with friends, but also values downtime and keeping things chilled during the week.

We're looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and relaxed house atmosphere. Someone who enjoys the occasional catch-up, drink, dinner, or weekend hang while also respecting each other's space. We're ideally looking for a tidy, considerate, and easy-going person who is after a long-term home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Costs
Rent: £985 per month
Bills: Approximately £150 per month
Deposit: £750
Cleaner every other week (£30 each between the housemates)

We will be conducting viewings throughout August and September and are looking for someone who can move in at the start of October.
