Brixton Flatshare, Veggie/Vegan, room available

Hi All,

We’re looking for friendly person to join our chilled home right next to the fantastic Brockwell Park, Herne Hill and Brixton, with lots going on and good transport links. A room is available from the 5th of October.

We have a big cosy living room to use as a communal space. We have busy lives but it is nice to share the occasional film, or board game, cup of tea, or the odd meal together. We are fond of keeping the home calm and peaceful. There is plenty of storage space for bikes and your things and a lovely garden which we are developing if you have green fingers too.

We are both veggie/vegan so it would be preferential if you were too or are up for this kind of environment and have similar interests.

£ 715 pcm + £917 deposit
A good size double with window out into the garden.

The contract starts on Monday 5th of October (non negotiable as the landlord is keen for a seamless transition). Reference & deposit essential.
Bills are not included so we share them together, internet, council tax band D, water then gas&electric are combined.

About us..

One of the housemates, Laurence 38, works teaching cycling, fitness & travel which is good fun. He’s keen into art history, botany, playing/listening to music and keeps a Qi Gong & meditation practise. Another housemate, Mark 40, works as a social researcher and loves live music in london, being with friends, and nature getaways in his camper-van. We are minorities / LGBTQ+ inclusive.
