The bedroom will suit a non-smoker, clean, tidy and respectful individual to share with one or two other housemates and enjoy all the facilities in the house and garden.

The house has a delightful reception and dining room with ample space, a newly fitted kitchen, main bathroom, pleasant garden with fruit and vegetables.
There is also a studio in the garden for relaxing and work-outs. Resident parking is available outside.



It is a quiet and fabulous house with a south facing garden with plenty of sunshine in the bedroom and kitchen and lovely neighbours.


The beautiful Brockwell Park backs on to the street, with a quick walk through to Herne Hill. For those working in the city, Tulse Hill station is 4 minutes from the house. Direct trains into London Bridge (12 - 15 minutes) and Kings Cross (15 - 25 minutes).There are also regular buses to Brixton (7 minutes) and Streatham Hill and Clapham are 10 - 15 minutes away too.

Sharing with 1 or 2 easy going quiet people (one is away a lot).
